Since everything we produce is custom printed just for you, there are a few standard terms that apply to all orders. These are here to keep expectations clear and to help your project move through production as smoothly as possible. 

All sales are final
All orders are custom and produced specifically for each client. For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been approved and placed into production. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available unless an error has occurred on our part.

Order approval and artwork:
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, layouts, sizes, quantities, and product details before production begins. Approval confirms that all details are correct. We are not responsible for errors that are approved in final proofs.

Production timelines:
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply availability, production volume, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for costs or losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Product variations:
Slight variations in color, sizing, placement, and print may occur due to manufacturing processes and decoration methods. These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Product availability and substitutions

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or next steps.

Sizing and fit:
Sizing charts are provided for reference only. Fit may vary by brand and style. We recommend reviewing sizing information carefully.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Requests for changes before production are not guaranteed and may result in additional costs or delays.

Client provided items:
We are not responsible for damage to client provided garments or items during decoration. Replacement or compensation is not available for client supplied products.

Payment terms:
Payment is required according to the terms outlined in your quote or invoice. Orders may not proceed to production until payment requirements are met.

Limitation of liability:
Our liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or resale of customized products.
